General Terms & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and 54bet (hereinafter "54bet", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 54bet website at 54bet.bio and all associated services, features, content, and products offered through that domain.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 54bet platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 54bet platform.

54bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to each player. Amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 54bet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 54bet. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional communication, the Terms shall take precedence.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation provided for informational purposes shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of the original English text. The English version of these Terms is the authoritative and legally binding version.

1.2 Offshore Platform Status

54bet operates as an offshore platform and does not hold a licence issued by any Bangladeshi regulatory authority. 54bet makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate for use in Bangladesh or any other specific jurisdiction. Players access the platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 54bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any one of these requirements may result in your account being suspended, restricted, or permanently closed.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform. 54bet enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and services. If you are found to be under 18 years of age at any point, your account will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures. 54bet does not permit and will not facilitate gambling by minors under any circumstances.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When creating your 54bet account, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes. 54bet is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a human individual — corporate, automated, or bot registrations are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where accessing offshore platforms is criminally prosecutable.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of 54bet or any of its technology, payment, or game-supply partners.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 54bet account under any identity.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one active account on 54bet. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, a different mobile number, or a different email address — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 54bet will close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus claims, and may withhold balances pending investigation.

2.4 KYC Verification

54bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is approved. The verification process may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. 54bet may request updated KYC documents at any time at its discretion.

Account Obligations & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 54bet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.1 Password Security

You are required to choose a strong, unique password for your 54bet account and to change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised. 54bet recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all account holders from within the account security settings. 54bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Account Access

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 54bet support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 54bet will place a temporary hold on the account pending investigation. 54bet accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials or failed to report the suspected breach in a timely manner.

3.3 Account Non-Transferability

Your 54bet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate account closure. Similarly, the balance held in your 54bet account may not be transferred to another 54bet account — all fund transfers must be conducted via the standard deposit and withdrawal channels.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 54bet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 54bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. The current list of accepted payment channels includes bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 54bet is ৳200 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though 54bet reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence procedures for large or unusual deposit volumes. Deposits are credited to your 54bet wallet in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one business day for card and bank-transfer methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to 54bet during standard operating hours are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile financial service channels. Withdrawals to bank cards or accounts may take up to one business day. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 54bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where unusual activity or potential fraud is identified.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 54bet account holder.
• 54bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• 54bet does not charge player-side withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency

In line with anti-money-laundering best practices, 54bet requires that withdrawals be processed back to the same payment method and account used to make the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. Where a deposit method does not support outbound transfers, 54bet will work with the player to identify an acceptable alternative withdrawal method subject to enhanced verification.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on 54bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 54bet does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. If a payment is received in a currency other than BDT, 54bet reserves the right to convert the amount at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt, with any conversion costs borne by the player.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers, crash game stakes, and other real-money gaming activity placed on 54bet are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or event-specific rules communicated at the point of play.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is considered accepted only once you have received a clear on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, browser errors, or server timeouts are not considered accepted and will not be settled. In cases of uncertainty, you should contact 54bet support with your bet reference number or session details.

5.2 Manifest Errors

54bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or with terms that were published as a result of a manifest error — including typographical errors, data feed errors, pricing system failures, or human input errors — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Where a manifest error is identified after settlement, 54bet will recalculate correct winnings and adjust player balances accordingly.

5.3 Sports Betting Specifics

For sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, badminton, kabaddi, and other events offered on 54bet:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change before the bet is confirmed.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time; once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are final.
• Events abandoned or postponed beyond a specified period may be voided and stakes returned, subject to sport-specific rules.
• 54bet's decision on the outcome of any disputed event is final and binding once all available evidence has been reviewed.

5.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, slot titles, and instant-win products available on 54bet are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the theoretical long-run payout rate and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session. 54bet does not manipulate RNG outcomes and is not responsible for losses incurred during normal gameplay.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to your 54bet account are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited automatically.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who have a fully verified account in good standing. 54bet reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion or from the bonus programme as a whole where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other conduct deemed contrary to the spirit of fair play. 6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements. 6.4 Promotion Modifications

54bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including after it has been claimed by a player, where there is evidence of systematic abuse, a technical error in the promotion setup, or a change in regulatory guidance. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already met all applicable conditions, any bonus funds or free spins already credited will be honoured.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

54bet maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, collusion, cheating, money laundering, and any other conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform or harms other players or the platform itself. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential referral to relevant authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on 54bet under any identity or device.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting, coordinated betting patterns, or any other mechanism designed to extract value from promotions without genuine play intent.
• Money laundering: Using the 54bet platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. 54bet is obligated to report suspicious transactions where required by applicable law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any event, game, or bet on the platform.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, screen-scraping tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback on a deposit made to 54bet. Players found to have filed fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts closed and outstanding balances offset against the disputed amount.
• False identity: Registering with false personal information, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on the basis of inside information or in connection with any attempt to fix, manipulate, or corrupt the outcome of a sporting event.

Where 54bet identifies or suspects prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately freeze all account activity, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, void any bets or bonuses connected to the suspected conduct, and permanently close the account. In cases involving criminal activity, 54bet will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

54bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or criminally suspect activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• A player's own request to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Any legal obligation requiring 54bet to terminate the account relationship.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any player wishing to close their 54bet account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any remaining balance (after deduction of outstanding wagering requirement-locked bonus funds) will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe they may be developing a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use 54bet's self-exclusion tool, accessible directly from the account settings page. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and prevents all login, deposit, and betting activity for the duration chosen (options include 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent). 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. 54bet will notify the account holder at the email address on file before applying dormancy status. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 BDT until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a refreshed KYC verification.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 54bet's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 54bet is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits or loss of anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

By using the 54bet platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that you accept that risk voluntarily. 54bet is not responsible for any emotional distress, financial hardship, or other harm resulting from gambling losses incurred on the platform during normal operation.
